The College Club of Fanwood-Scotch Plains will hold its annual fundraising event on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at The Westwood, Garwood, NJ. The Club is a non-profit organization empowering women and supporting the education of local Fanwood-Scotch Plains women. All proceeds from this event go directly to our college scholarship fund for deserving young women from the Fanwood-Scotch Plains communities. Raising scholarship funds has been the main mission of the Club since its founding over 90 years ago.
To date, the College Club has awarded approximately $810,000.00 in scholarships to approximately 595 women. The College Club of Fanwood-Scotch Plains is a 501 (c)(3) organization. We are planning to raise $30,000 in scholarship funds this year and need your support to help these deserving young women achieve their dream of a college education. The Club is seeking, gift certificates (to stores, restaurants, etc.), theater / concert tickets, sports memorabilia, and/or merchandise which is suitable for the Basket Raffle or Silent Auction. Your contribution is greatly appreciated, and an acknowledgment of your contribution will be displayed and listed in the event’s program. Approximately 150 women throughout the area have attended our event in the past.
